By downloading, installing, or using the DoomLearning application ("App") or accessing our website at getdoomscrolling.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Website.

2. Description of Service

DoomLearning is a mobile learning platform that provides bite-sized educational content across a variety of topics. The service includes curated topics with structured chapters, short-form video and text content, progress tracking, and personalized learning features.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of DoomLearning may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the respective app store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content available through DoomLearning, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, logos, and software, is the property of DoomLearning or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Educational content is provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoomLearning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
